It is important to know that the World Health Organization (WHO) considers this to be a serious public health concern, based on current information. It is best to practice healthy habits including frequent hand washing, covering your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and avoiding contact with sick people. These measures will help protect against colds and the flu. In the meantime please follow good prevention habits such as:

  1. Stay home when sick.
  2. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow.
  3. Wash hands often.
  4. Limit close contact with others as much as possible (about 6 feet).

The Covid-19 pandemic will eventually pass. We don’t know when, and we don’t know how long it will last. But we do know that recruitment doesn’t have to grind to a halt for this crisis to pass. If anything, whenever this outbreak ends, employers will have very little time to hire candidates and position themselves for the next phase of growth.
